In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Hours Deliveries begin at 11:00 AM and continue throughout the day. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time with standard delivery, timed delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us when placing your order if a specific delivery time is needed.
Delivery Attempts Each delivery includes one initial delivery attempt. If no one is available to receive the arrangement:
We will first attempt to contact the recipient.
If we are unable to reach the recipient, we will contact the customer who placed the order.
If we are unable to reach either party, a door hanger will be left letting the recipient know that a delivery was attempted.
The arrangement will be returned to Blossom Box rather than left unattended. This helps protect the flowers from heat, cold, weather, or other conditions that could affect their freshness.
A complimentary re-delivery attempt can then be scheduled for a time when someone will be available to receive the arrangement.
